Tropical Sands Resort

Tropical Sands Resort in Ft Myers FL has recently reopened (since hurricane Ian) and is better than ever. For sale is a Fixed week 7, which typically falls during Presidents' Week in February and makes a wonderful way to escape the cold in the north! This is a small (39 units) family resort, with large units (1350 sq ft) 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer in unit and screened-in private lanai. We've owned since 1996 and have moved permanently to SW Florida, so no longer need to vacation there.
