I want this timeshare gone. Membership is for 10,000 points, recurring yearly, Current rates for BlueGreen points are about $5.50/point. Listed price is for $4.35/point. I am taking a loss on this. No fixed week, usage is determined by point cost per night, no blackout dates. I am willing to negotiate on price
